Our Process
Visiones 360º has
created this section of our website – defining our
process – so that you know exactly what to expect
when you work with us. Our process, explained in detail
below, maximizes both efficiency and technology, thereby
creating an initial level of trust for all of our clients
– so there will be no surprises throughout the virtual
tour creation process. Our process is founded on the principles
of professionalism, reliability, accountability and transparency.
Our process includes the following 5 phases:

All projects begin with a survey of your virtual tour site
so that we can create the highest quality virtual tour for
your website. After your site has been surveyed, Visiones
360º will send to you – via email, the same business
day – our virtual tour contract for
you to review and sign. Throughout our entire process, we
utilize the power of the internet – providing you
the ability to preview, approve, download (or publish) and
send payments for your virtual tours. All of this will be
accomplished without you every leaving your computer screen.
Visiones 360º brings the highest level of professionalism
to every project and to every client. Uncomparable customer
service is the cornerstone to all of our business relationships.
We are confident that you will be so pleased with our services
that you will want to recommend our virtual tour services
to your friends and collegues.
Phase
1 - Virtual Tour Site Survey: Visiones360º
begins our process by visiting your location and surveying
the virtual tour site. Together we decide the best “focal
point(s)” to shoot the panoramic images (or where
we will place our tripod and camera); and our “transitional”
point(s)”, (or where we will “connect”
these panoramic movies) to create your final virtual tour.
After we reach a concensus, we send you a contract via email
(the same business day). Once this contract has been approved
and signed, we will schedule a date and time for photographing
your site.
Phase
2 - Virtual Tour Photography Session: Visiones360º
arrives at your location, punctually, with all of our equipment
and ready to begin your virtual tour project. Upon receipt
of a 50% deposit for the agreed upon amount, we will issue
you a username and password
for our website and begin our photography session. You will
use your username and password to login to a section of
Visiones 360's website that allows you to preview, approve
and dowload your virtual tour(s).
Photography sessions take between 1 and 4 hours, depending
on the number of photographs needed and the size of your
location (ex. golf course –vs– hotel –vs–
restaurant).
If you are an architect or architectural firm with computer
generated images, the process is different. Visiones 360º
requires 3-D generated images from your computer of your
condominium, home or hotel . For best results, we recommend
providing these images with fully furnished rooms –
(ex. A condominium, home or hotel with completely rendered
with furniture, appliances, paintings / art, views, etc.).

Phase
3 - Virtual Tour Production: Once
Visiones360º has completed the panoramic photography, we
return to our studio and begin production of your virtual
tour. Phase three is where we create your custom designed
interface along with the different “views” or
“rooms” you’ll be using in your virtual
tour. Once the virtual tour has been created, we extensively
test your tour on both Windows and Macintosh operating systems.
Virtual
Tour Options:
A:
Regular Virtual Tour: We recommend this
option if you plan to implement your virtual tour directly
into an existing web page and are currently working with
a professional webmaster. We will create your "regular
virtual tour" with an "un-branded" interface
(without your brand identity or additional design elements)
for your webmaster to download and implement into your
existing website. "Regular virtual tours" do
not include your company's brand identity, official brand
colors or your positioning tagline, or "company slogan".
B:
*Branded
Virtual Tour: We recommend this option
for companies with larger websites and multiple properties.
Branded virtual tours include a photo of the tour and
a button to "view virtual tour" on one of your
existing web pages. When your audience clicks on either
the photo or the button, the web browser will open up
a new window that will display your virtual tour along
with a custom designed or "branded" interface.
This interface will include your brand identity, brand
colors and positioning tagline. We can also include items
such as floorplans and photos of your realtor or real
estate representatives.
If you choose our “branded virtual tour”
option, we will need your digital logotype (.EPS, .AI,
or .CDR formats preferred); your positioning tagline (if
applicable), along with any necessary fonts and your brand’s
official colors (in RGB values or the specific numbers
of the specific number of your brand’s web colors
– ex. #66CC00 – green or #330033 – purple).
If you choose the “branded virtual tour”
option, Visiones 360º can also implement your virtual
tour directly into your existing website and information
architecture (FTP or login information required) if your
webmaster is incapable of implemeting your virtual tour.
Visiones360º works with our strategic partners at Mindcandy
Studios to implement your new virtual tour.
Mindcandy Studios has 15 years experience in brand development,
graphic design and website creation.

Additional charges apply for branded virtual tours,
but will be disclosed in our original contract.
Phase
4 - Virtual Tour Preview & Approval:
Upon completion
of your new virtual tour, Visiones360º will upload your
virtual tour to our website – where you can preview
it in your own password protected directory (a
section on our website created specifically for you). Any
changes to your virtual tour are made during this phase.
If you have chosen the “branded virtual tour”
option, this is when you will preview and approve your custom
designed (branded) virtual tour interface – complete
with your brand identity, brand colors and positioning tagline.
Once you are completely satisfied with your new virtual
tour, we will make it available for delivery.
Phase
5 - Virtual Tour Delivery & Payment:
Once the production
and preview phases have been completed, and final changes
have been made to your virtual tour (if needed), Visiones
360º will either upload your virtual tour to OUR website
(for you to download), or we will upload your virtual tour
to YOUR website - as a fully functioning virtual tour –
ready to be viewed by your website's audience.
To give you the maximum amount of flexibility for your needs,
Visiones 360º provides you with two delivery options:
A:
Downloadable Virtual Tour: You will use
this option if you are currently working with a webmaster
that possesses the knowledge and expertise to implement
your new virtual tour directly into your website. Visiones
360º will upload your virtual tour application to a web
page on OUR website. Your custom virtual tour application
will be a password protected archive, available on Visiones
360's website for you to immediately download to your computer’s
hard drive. Once final payment for your virtual tour has
been received, Visiones 360º will email you the password
needed to unlock your virtual tour and implement it into
your website.
B:
Uploaded or "implemented" Virtual Tour: If
you have chosen the “branded virtual tour” option,
Visiones 360º will upload your new virtual tour to a pre-specified
section on your website (FTP or login information required).
Once you are completely satisfied with your new virtual
tour and the the implementation into your website (and only
after you have a fully-functioning online virtual tour),
you will be responsible for sending Visiones 360º the final
payment of the 50% balance (plus all applicable taxes).
Payment
options: Visiones
360º accepts payments for your virtual tour via Visa,
Mastercard or American Express.
We also accept cash payments or direct deposits into our
HSBC account. I.V.A. applies to the total amount
of your payments and must be paid in full upon delivery
of your virtual tour.
Discounts:
Visiones 360º
provides discounts for companies (such as real-estate agents,
property developers and hotels) who require multiple virtual
tours. For example, if you are a real estate company who
wishes to implement multiple virtual tours for your properties
over a period of time, we will be happy to email you our
“discount schedule” – or the amount of
discount we give your based upon the number of virtual tours
you will be purchasing. Simpy put, the more virtual tours
your purchase, the greater the discount we can offer you.

will email to a breakdown of our discount expressed in percentages.
Referrals:
Visiones
360º offers a 10% referral commission for all referrals
that result in a virtual tour sale.
(10% of total sale - exluding taxes).
